Return & Shipping Policy – Fabled Pet Food

At Fabled, we care deeply about your experience and your pet’s wellbeing. If any product purchased from Fabled is defective or unsuitable, we’ll gladly offer a replacement, repair, or store credit—subject to the terms below.


Shipping

  • Free shipping on all orders above INR 500.

  • All orders come with a tracking number for easy shipment updates via Shipway or our logistics partner.


Returns & Exchanges

You may return or exchange most items within 7 days of receiving your order, provided they are:

  • In their original packaging

  • Unopened

  • In new and resalable condition

Note: Due to the consumable nature of pet food, opened bags/containers cannot be returned, unless the product was delivered damaged or defective.


Return Shipping Charges

  • Return shipping is non-refundable unless the return is due to:

    • Product defects

    • Shipping errors (wrong item)

    • Damage in transit

In such cases, please contact our Customer Care Team within 24 hours of delivery to raise a claim.


Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.


Order Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your order:

  • Please contact our team before dispatch via WhatsApp at 9600149494 or email at support@gnvcommodities.com.

  • For prepaid orders, a refund will be processed to your original mode of payment.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders that are rejected at delivery will not be eligible for refund or store credit.

Please note, once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.


Right to Refuse or Cancel Orders

Fabled reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order due to:

  • Product unavailability

  • Quantity limitations

  • Suspicious or fraudulent activity

We may contact you if further verification or clarification is required.


Return Eligibility – Pet Food Products

Non-returnable unless defective or damaged:

  • Opened food bags or packs

  • Items showing signs of use or tampering

  • Any product not in its original packaging

The decision to accept a return will be made after the product is received and inspected at the Fabled warehouse. If a product is received used, damaged, or dirty (and not covered under damage claim), no credit or replacement will be provided.

If you wish to receive the rejected item back, you will need to bear the shipping cost. Otherwise, the product will be responsibly disposed of or donated.


Promotional Codes & Campaigns

Fabled may issue promotional offers or redeemable voucher codes during campaigns. These codes are governed by separate terms and conditions provided at the time of the offer.

The right to modify, cancel, or withdraw these promotions lies solely with Fabled.
